While opening the command prompt an error occurred that says the extended attributes are inconsistent Windows 7. I am unaware of this error completely blank about what to do next. Any sort of help or support is requested.

You have to install netplwiz. Press the Windows + R key and place netplwiz in the Run panel. Click OK or press Enter. Therefore, in the User Accounts window, select your user account and click Properties. In the Properties window, go to the Cluster Membership tab. Select another, and then select the account type (administrator, user, etc.) from the drop-down list. Follow this method for the user account on your system and make sure that each account belongs to a selected cluster. Click Apply, OK, and close the User Accounts window. So restart your system now. Error removed.
