IPhoto, iMovie as pic editor and transforming pictures into movie

I have heard that one can use iphoto and imovie apps as a pic editor and transforming pictures into a movie respectively, i can edit the photos but i have no idea on how to turn them into a movie using imovie.

Some help.

IPhoto, iMovie as pic editor and transforming pictures into movie

 

There are many ways to import and export photos. The easiest way to bring in photos and music into iMovie is from iPhoto and iTunes is given down:

 

Firstly, you need to open iMovie and then, you need to click on the button which seems like a music note, middle computer screen and on the right hand side.

 

When you click on the button, you will open a list of all saved music files on your computer. When you have clicked on the next button which looks like a camera is a picture importing button.
