IPhone 4 Issue on Network Service

Hello experts,

I am using an iPhone 4. I used to have an excellent network service with 3 bars or more on its signal level. But recently, it always have 1 bar only. I want to know what happened to it when it was working fine for the past weeks. Can someone please explain to me?

IPhone 4 Issue on Network Service

Your network service should be mostly based on the ability for your network to support the service at that given time and location and for your device to be able to pick it up.

From what you described, it sounds very unlikely that the problem may be coming from your device or any instance of software, unless some new software you installed recently may be taking signal out.

Also, assuming this happens to you not depending much on geographical location and is more or less consistent no matter where you currently are.

If this lack of signal is starting to interfere with the everyday use of your cellphone, perhaps the best solution would be to contact your provider and see if there’s any known problem from their side.
