Hi guys.  I just downloaded the mp3toaac converter to convert my wma's to aac file format so I could play it on my iPhone 4 with iOS 6.  The program just crashes when launched.  Is the iOS aac converter not compatible with my OS?  I use Windows 7 64 bit.

Hi Donnaa! Is your aac converter still giving you problems? Well, basing on your statement, a program that crashes every time you launch it is usually a corrupted program. One way to troubleshoot if a program is not compatible to your windows 7 OS is if it prompts you at the very beginning that it is unrecognizable, however if you have launched it and when the program has already opened and expresses a problem then it is compatible but the you need to install another converter. Normally, aac converters are compatible with the Windows 7.

Hi Donnaa,

You don't need to download those third-party MP3 to AAC converters because ITunes can do it for you.

Recent versions of iTunes have a default encoding format of MPEG4 AAC.

You just have to download the latest versions of iTunes

You just have to install iTunes and you are good to go.
