“INVALID_QUERY_FILTER_OPERATOR” error while syncing cases on JIRA

Hello experts.

I have changed my 'Case' label to 'Ticket' in Salesforce. We are trying to use the JIRA plugin for addition.

When use the label 'Case', I am able to sync my cases to JIRA.  However, when I use the label 'Ticket' in Salesforce for every field, it still syncs, but produces an error in the 'Salesforce Case'.  See below:

Error: ( Customware-CRM-plugin ). Error message from Salesforce.com : INVALID_QUERY_FILTER_OPERATOR : Subject, OwnerId from Case where id = '00001610' ^ ERROR at Row:1:Column:71 invalid ID field: 00001610

Please help me solve this.

Thanks a lot!

Hello Carlesy. I have read your problem. The problem“Error: ( Customware-CRM-plugin ). Error message from Salesforce.com : INVALID_QUERY_FILTER_OPERATOR : Subject, OwnerId from Case where id = '00001610' ^ ERROR at Row:1:Column:71 invalid ID field: 00001610” can be solved as follows: The ‘Ticket’ vs ‘Case’ salesforce nomenclature doesn't appear to have any effect after all. I switched between them both and still get the error regardless. Try to limit your setup to be the limitation of the plugin.Avoid using Multi case object and use only case object. By so doing, the above problem will be solved. I hope the problem has been solved. Regards.
