Internet Explorer has found an error and needs to close

Hey Guys,

There is another issue in my computer, but this time it is regarding Internet Explorer 8. Whenever I open it, it says that it has found an error and that it needs to close.

For the meantime, this is acceptable since I can use other browse for this, but in coming July, this needs to be resolved as I am going back to work and we a have a web tool that will only run on Internet Explorer.

Please help.

Hello there!

To solve your problem the best thing to do would be to update the version of your IE to the latest. To do that you can either try updating the OS and the IE using the Automatic Updates which I would recommend or you can manually download the latest version of IE from Microsoft website and install.

To download and install using automatic updates you can follow the instructions in the following link:

Since you already have IE8 best thing to do would be using automatic updates. It will save you a lot of time!

To update to the latest version of Internet Explorer manually, you can download it here:

Internet Explorer has found an error and needs to close

For use Internet explorer 8 or its above version you have to install Java software in your PC. You can download Update Java software from http://www.java.com/en/ in this website. If you are using XP service pack 2 then update it to service pack 3 because service pack 2 support only win explorer 7 and for using its updated version you must have to install its updates from Microsoft's official site. If you are using Win 7 or vista then no need to do this.

In internet explorer does not contain any add-ons with it. So if you wanted to open any pic may be it not be supported this. But the main problem of error arises from its Java script problem. So I think Java installation in your PC will solve your problem consequently. If not then follow all the instruction given above.
