An internal error occurred while tried to run Qmaster

Hello,

I am unable to run Qmaster anymore because of an internal error occurred.

I have tried the option using compressor Repair.

Have you any idea about this internal error?

I will be greatly thankful to you for the suggestion to fix this issue.

An internal error occurred while tried to run Qmaster

Hi Paul,
The error can be resolved by setting the background processing.
To resolve the error follow the steps below:
1) Close all the process running on the system
2) Close the Compressor
3) Repair the permissions set by resetting them
4) Restart the computer
5) Go to Share settings through Control Panel
6) Reset the permission settings for the user
7) After the process is complete, restart the system
