Internal Error 52768. The installation failed

Hi there,

When I attempt to install Xerox on a Windows 7 (32-bit) workstation, I get the following error. The installer is downloaded from the official website and it should be good, without any error. Does anyone have any idea about this error? How can I solve this please? Thanks.

Xerox Setup Wizard

Internal Error 52768. The installation failed and will now roll back. Please check the log file for more error information.

Error: Create VirtualDirectories[Exception]:Unknown error(0x80005000)

Internal Error 52768. The installation failed

Hi John,

This is the complete instruction in installing the Xerox application. But first take a look on the system requirement before you run the setup. System requirements for the application is also included in the link below. It came from official Xerox website so nothing to worry. I'm very sure it will solve your problem:
