Windows 8 powered tablets already includes more than 300 new features. This is the very first edition of Windows to run on both ARM-based tablets and traditional x86 PCs based on ARM processors from AMD and Intel. Windows 8 is designed to run on both PCs and ARM tablets seamlessly.

It features snap multitasking which is designed to easily run 2 applications side-by-side. On the right-hand side of the screen, you can snap an app into place. But on the other hand, even if it allows you to run 2 applications at the same time, Windows 8 still does not allow viewing all of the running applications in 1 screen. Microsoft® Internet Explorer 10 browser is already integrated with Windows 8 which offers faster browsing through better hardware acceleration. It also supports USB 3.0 which is 10 times faster than USB 2.0. Windows 8 also brings increased support for multiple monitors.
