I have installed Norton internet security without noticing that kasper-sky antivirus is already installed. Now I am in some serious predicament. The pc is so not working, just frozen. Please tell me what to I am in a serious disadvantage since I cannot use my own pc. Looking for a quick solution ASAP.

If you can login try it uninstall both of the antivirus and then restart your system. Afterward install only one antivirus on it.
If you cant login in Normal mode, try logging in through "safe" mode (by tapping "F8" during boot you'll get the boot menu from which you can select "Safe" mode) as administrator. Then restore your computer to previous state before installing antivirus.
If you have no restore points created,in the "safe" mode, go to control panel and then "Add or Remove Programs". There uninstall both of the anti viruses and then boot into the "Normal" mode.

Installing two security software made your computer freezing.PC freezing is frustrating.Some causes are:corruption may occurred on registry key,viruses,corrupted files etc.It may be happened that security software was not installed properly or there may have corrupted files.Two security software may create conflict with each other.Please somehow login by pressing down F8 while loading windows and run on safe mode.Uninstall both and restart.
And again new security software may require more virtual memory.Your pc can be frozen too for low RAM or virtual memory.Programs require virtual memory to run well.And that is why you should not run multiple programs at a time.Again my suggestion to you that uninstall some programs that are not important.You may run some programs or games without installing.
Your computer may get slow or hanged for more files in C drives.So please do not store any files in C drives.Be careful do not delete program files from C drives.Then try to check your all files and folders and delete the unnecessary files.Scan your computer and delete the virus attacked files or programs.All this action may help you without adding additional RAM.And again if you have not reinstalled your operating system for long time then please reinstall it.
