Installation problem with MAX version 4.7.7 f0

Hi all,

I have an issue. I’ve got an error message when I try to install software with MAX version 4.7.7 f0.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled NI developer suite 2011 and still I have this problem.

Installation problem with MAX version 4.7.7 f0

I have few questions for you:

– Do you ping the controller from this Computer?

– Do you have the right IP specified in MAX?

– If you try to reinstall software on another PXI, I see that you have two of them, does it responds correctly?

– Did you try to rename it in MAX?

As i can see on the posted picture you have completely uninstalling and reinstall NI Developer Suite 2011.  I would kindly ask you to update for example DAQmx driver. Daqmx 9.4 will also update your MAX to 5.0. Please try it and let me know if that solved your issue. You can download this driver from http://www.ni.com/downloads/drivers/
