Hello everyone,
I’m having trouble with the installation of BBC iPlayer Download Manager Software Informer. In the middle of the process I get an error message saying:
GQ USB Programmer – InstallShield Wizard
Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:Program FilesBBC. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator.
If anyone has already encountered a similar problem please leave a post, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Jude,
Are you using BBC iPlayer Full Version? or just a Trial Version? Most of the download file from internet are in 30 days trials, if you downloaded that software after 30 days it could be expired, that's the reason why it could not install. Other reason is the privileges on installing any software has been lock by the administrator, that's reason why you can't install any software in your operating system unless the installation is unlock by the administrator. Third option is to uninstall the BBC player and install it again.

Hi,
You need to have full administrative rights in order to install any software program or any hardware devise to your pc. From this error message it is obvious you don’t have administrative rights to install this new piece of software program. Kindly login as the administrator of this pc and it will sort out your problem.
