Instagram down for maintenance at the height of Facebook $1B deal (4-11-2012). Do they plan to add some key features? How would Instagram loyalist feel after this buy-out?

Hello there!

Facebook have stated that they will keep Instagrams features and will do improve it along the way. They (Facebook) keeps in mind the strengths and features of Instagram rather than changing it for Facebook. Users will still have their choice of sharing photos from Instagram to Facebook and other social media sites or the choice of not sharing them. Facebook stated their goal on bringing out Facebook into their millions of users. People will still have the same use of having followers or follow people separately from Facebook.
