INNO 90 innostream phones software problems

Hello everyone,  I am using innostream phones  INNO 90 mobile phone.  Some times my  phone is getting slow.   I am sure no virus had attacked to my phone.  Can any one suggest me , why it is happening like this. WAP is inaccessible  with T-mobile , working with MMS is very difficult while transferring MMS messages to another mobile. Is it is software problem? Please suggest me to track my problem.

There are many things that could make your phone run more slowly. First, I suggest you check your phone’s update. If you don’t have the latest update, then update it to the latest version.

Also, scan your memory card to be sure it doesn’t contain any malware or harmful viruses. Uninstall and delete any unnecessary applications, and check that your phone has sufficient free space. Sometimes, these things can make your phone slower.

If you do these things and your phone does not run any faster, I suggest you use the “Restore” factory setting or “master flash” your phone.
