What are Magnetic Hinged keyboard? Are they better than normal keyboard ?

I think the magnetic hinged keyboard you are asking refers to the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover. It is not only a cover but a keyboard as well. It merges the Apple Smart Cover with a full keyboard. The device is actually thinner than the new iPad and only weighs a few ounces.
The magnetic hinge used by the Smart Cover is the same magnetic hinge used to fasten it to the iPad. Once it is attached, folding it closed creates a single unit that you can carry anywhere. When it is closed the brushed aluminum bottom of the cover is shown giving you a solid aluminum surface combined with the back of the iPad. See image.
To use the keyboard on the iPad, the iPad needs to be placed into the white slot on the keyboard with the iPad home button to the right. You will hear a click after placing it on the keyboard. See image.
