Implementation to a DR site with Cisco

I have a customer that needs an implementation to a DR site using only secondary Cisco gear. Is there someone who could give me suggestions or a guide for best probable solutions, and desirable manuals for this matter? Thank you very much in advance.

Implementation to a DR site with Cisco

The disaster recovery procedure will be implemented based on the mission-critical, important or less important processes, and also the system and services that are being used in the network that you are in. All these have to be protected from any disaster that is likely to occur and therefore affect them.

Some of the elements you will need to consider when implementing that process are the following:

• Establishing the planning group.
• Performing risk assessments and audits.
• Establishing priorities for the network and applications that you are using.
• And also developing recovery criteria and strategies that will be used.
