The immediate steps to consider in solving an Android Software malfunctioning

What could be the immediate steps to take if the Android software on a phone is not responding or malfunctioning? I am currently using an Android version of 4.1.2. Could it be that because my version is not updated is the reason or cause for the malfunctioning of the software? What are the some of the safety measures one would have to take to prevent such occurrences and perhaps if they do happen?

Hello,
The mobile malfunctioning or not responding is mostly due to virus and huge data storage in the phone memory. when dealing with a not responding phone you should follow the steps such as:
1. Turn off the phone, wait for few seconds and then turn it back on again.
2. When sometimes your phone is so frozen that you can’t even turn it off, remove the battery from phone to completely power down the phone.
3. You should also update the latest version for your mobile to fix the malfunctioning.
4. To avoid such types of problems anti- virus is necessarily updated on frequent basis.
