IGI fatal error message while opening the game

Hi guys,

When I tried to load the game, the introduction of the game ran smoothly but when I tried to exit the intro, an error message pops up on my screen.

The screenshot of the error is as follows:

Fatal Error:

Error in QVM program: LOCAL:humanplayer/humanplayer.qvm

Unknown identifier: WEAPON_ID_Ak47

Any assistance about how to resolve it will be much appreciated.

IGI fatal error message while opening the game

The problem is that some of the game's component or models are not loaded correctly.

The solution for that kind of problem is reinstalling the game, but first you need to uninstall the game, restart your computer and then install again the game.

Run the computer again to check if the game is now working.

IGI fatal error message while opening the game

Hello Hern,

There are so many reasons why the fatal exception error has occurred. First, your video card maybe has below specs and need to upgrade. Second, maybe you didn't install a direct x in your computer that's why games didn't run successfully. Last, some files are corrupt so the game will not run properly.

Solutions:

First, upgrade your video card to a higher spec.

Second, try to install a direct x in your computer. This is the link to download DirectX

Third, try to uninstall the game and reinstall it again.

IGI fatal error message while opening the game

If you want to play the game “Project IGI,” first, make sure your computer meets the requirements before installing it. That error appears like a compatibility problem though the game’s intro was able to load and play. The game ”Project IGI” supports Windows 98, Windows Millennium, Windows 2000, and Windows XP. The game doesn’t support Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.

Your screenshot of the error seems to be from Microsoft Windows Vista or Microsoft Windows 7 and these operating systems are not supported. Meaning, the game is completely not compatible with your current platform or operating system.

“Project IGI” requires 700 MHz Intel Pentium 3 or equivalent AMD Athlon or faster processor, 128 MB RAM, Microsoft DirectX 8.1-compatible video card with 32 MB video RAM, sound card, and 56 Kbps internet speed.
