Is iCloud data accessible from Android platform?

Hi,

I have been using iPhone for a long time and I have most of my stuff backed on iCloud, recently I have liked to own Google Nexus 7 Smartphone which is an Android platform phone, How can I continue accessing my data from iCloud? Are there softwares in android platform which can make this possible?

Hi Dawn,
