IBM Rational AppScan Enterprise Server – InstallShield Wizard

Hi,

The problem is with IBM Rational AppScan Enterprise Server setup.

I tried to install it and received an error message.

It stopped the configuration, as it was unable to login to the Jazz Team Server.

What does it mean?

How can I get a remedy of this issue?

Please help.

Hello Hall Allen,

Thanks for sharing your problem with us, you can solve this problem very easily please follow the following steps to solve your problem:

1. First of all uninstall AppScan Enterprise

2. A backup copy of the "Jazz Team Server" directory is normally saved after an uninstall so navigate to the AppScan Enterprise installation directory and manually remove the "Jazz Team Server" directory.

3. Now just reinstall AppScan Enterprise.

NOTE: If you do not remove the Jazz Team Server installation directory, the problem will reoccur since the new install will use the existing/back up Jazz Team Server directory.
