                  IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) is made by highly automated and scalable compute resources. IaaS has the direct access to the server and storage. PaaS (Platform as Service) work at the lower level than SaaS, Example of PaaS is Heroku, Google App Engine. SaaS(Software as a Service) is the most common form of cloud service for customer. SaaS application has the use that reduces the cost of software ownership. example of SaaS is Google, Gmail, Microsoft 365,Salesforce,Citrix GoToMeeting. SaaS is the most cost effective.
