I am requesting all I want to start an online business in the internet . But I can't invest a single piece also. I want free website www.some name.com like that. There are many sites which provide web-hosting and domain name at cost of Rs.100 per month . But as per your requirement there are very few sites that allow web-hosting for free, some of them are:

https://www.wix.com/, www.yola.com

No free services the .Com domain. So that you used the .tk domain. Just click http://www.dot.tk/en/index.html?lang=en and submit your site address. It is a best free domain service, and fast.
