I want dropdown always closed during project output using MadCap Flare?

For my projects, I use MadCap Flare. I would like to always have the dropdown display closed during the project output. Unfortunately, by the time I output the project dropdown display is open already. How can adjust the MadCap Flare so that I can always have the dropdown display closed during the project output using MadCap Flare? Why are the icons for expanded dropdowns offset from the text? Please help me.

Dropdowns should only be open when you open a topic, in your case you say it is open already when it is normally closed unless you open a topic. Try closing the topic before you output your project. If it is still open and you do not want it to be seen, try resizing it. Just click and drag the edges.

Another one is maybe you have some margin top or padding top or vertical alignment defined for the base image tagsettings for the drop-down style. It could also be a cause of why the drop-down list is open. Try to check the padding on the images.
