I got lot of privet number calling from my friends and they try to fool me out. So is there a way that we can do it through the internet.

HI

You can use any internet calling software for this purpose. They use some other number or private number from where you can do this. Even skype has same strategy. You can get help from different service providers in your region. Some provider who rely on WI MAX or VOIP also provide such facilities. Hoping the answer of the question.

You asked whether there is a way to make calls to private numbers via internet. Yes, you can find many softwares that can enable you to do this, here are links to some of them:

Using these software you can make free calls if your friends are using the same software, however it will cost you if you call private numbers. You can install these softwares on computer and on your mobile.
