I have Goggled for a cheap GUI sketch tool which requires little or no programing skills but I have failed. 

Anyone who knows of that tool please help.

You can use Pencil Project.

It’s an open-source graphical user interface prototyping tool so it’s free. It comes with a collection of builtin shapes for desktop/web, Android and Ios user interfaces.

Just simply drag and drop the shapes into place to create your GUI draft.
