I received a message from the Windows Live.

I am not familiar with this message. Please have a look at the message and let me know the details.

Please close these programs

Please exit the following programs and then click Retry to avoid restarting your computer after the installation.

Hello Jeo,

Resetting your browser to factory settings may resolve the issue that you're getting.

Use the following procedure:

If you are using internet explorer, do the following:

• First open Internet Explorer.
• And then click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
• After that click the Advanced tab.
• And then go under Reset Internet Explorer Settings, and then click Reset.

I received a message from the Windows Live.

Hi,

Windows Live Installation is complete, in order the installation be successful you must close the Windows Explorer.

It is the hierarchical arrangement of drives, files and folders on your computer.

It also views some system drives that have been plotted to drive letters on your PC.

After closing or exiting the Windows Explorer click Retry to avoid restarting your computer and the installation is finished.
