Hello,
I received an error message about having installed Adobe Reader 9.3.3. The apprehension of the screen of the message is here. It indicates the error 1316. I have not even an idea of this error of the network. Please I helped myself to obtain a solution of this problem.

Thank you for your question. you have faced a problem named Error 1316. That means the windows installer of that program faced a previous installed same categorized application. So be sure that there are no same kind of Pre-installed program in your C drive directory.
You can also use Microsoft windows installer clean up to get rid of this kind of problem.

The version of the Adobe Reader is not compatible for the windows you are trying to install so you need to install the latest version if you are installing on windows 7. I hope you will be able to solve your problem.
