I received an error message from my Windows 7

Hi guys,

While installing and uninstalling my product, log in and log off windows I received an error message from my Windows 7. It says, "Error -5001 : 0x80070002". I tried several ways to get a remedy of this issue. I used ISClear tools but no result. Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help me to get a remedy of this issue.

I received an error message from my Windows 7

 

You need to check few things with your windows installations and hardware components of your computer.

First check your installation media which your installation CD. It should be working fine and no defective areas on it. You can clarify it by trying to install it on another computer.

Check your DVD or CD drive working properly.

If you have plugged multiple RAM cards in different slots check the BUS speed of the RAM cards installed, those should be of same BUS speed. You can check the BUS speed from your BIOS setup.

Thank you for your inquiry. There are a couple things we can look at to try and eliminate your error message. First of all make sure you are logged in as an administrator and next you can shut down your antivirus program. If you are hesitant about the second option disconnect your network cable while your installing to ensure you do not pick up a virus.

Hi guys, thanks for your wonderful solution to my problem. I was really worried about this error message, but I’ve been feeling good since I read your post. Your comments helped me to understand the cause of the error and your solution is very simple and easy to use.
