I Need some help regarding Advanced php tabs

I m using PHP and I m having troubles while creating advanced PHP tabs, I want to make several PHP tabs created on a single page in such a way that when you move the mouse over the tabs the text appears below, can anyone help please? Is there any software for creating Advanced PHP tabs?
