I need to know how to bypass session timeout on Screwturn

I clicked save in the middle of the process of creating a considerably long document using Screwturn. Upon clicking save I got a request to log in. My concern was why I had to log in while I already had logged in while starting to use Screwturn. Nevertheless I did log in again. Immediately after logging in again to screwturn, I found myself back at the point of the first saving. I thus lost all the work done after the first save. How can I bypass session time out or auto logout on screwturn?

Hi Blossom,

You can try to make sure that when you login to the software application you clicked on the box that says Remember me or keep me logged in. This option usually works and would not give us a time out message.

If it is still timing out, you may want to go to Settings > Registry of the application and find the relevant registry key. You can then try to change the settings of the Session timeout key and change it so it will not time out on you. Details can be found here.

Always make sure that you save every 10-15minutes your work on any software you are working on as well.
