Here are some suggestions that may help you with your query:
1. Go to the current table you are working with.
2. Point your mouse to the drag button of the table.
3. Using the mouse, click the right button.
4. Select "Auto Fit"
5. Select "Fixed Column Width"
After doing the above, the content that you will be writing inside the table will be wrapped to the sides only. The table will expand at the bottom to accommodate the content you are writing inside the table.
