I need help in color correction in PDF file

I have about a dozen PDF files and I want to batch edit the color of the background.  Do I need a third party application for color correction in PDF file or is there an option for this?  I have Adobe Acrobat 9.1.  Thanks in advance.

You don't need third party application to change the background color of PDF files. Here is the step-by-step instruction on how to change the background color of PDF without third party application.

1. Open Adobe Reader and then go to Edit > Preferences > Accessibility.

2. Make sure that the "Replace document colors" is check and pick your preferred color.

3. Click "Page Background" color and select color of your choice.
