I need help in boot drivers AOA 150

I have an Acer AOA 150 that has a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 1 GB DDR2 RAM, 160 GB HDD.  I recently upgraded my OS to Windows 8 from Windows XP 64 bit.  It booted the first time but when I rebooted, it just shows a black screen.  Can someone help me with boot drivers AOA 150?

Hello Thomson,

 

What version of Windows 8 are you using? Your computer specifications meet most of what is required for Windows 8, I will underline what you are missing so you can check. Here are the system requirements for Windows 8.

 

CPU: 1 GHZ or better with support for PAE, NX, SSE2

Memory: 1 GB for 32-bit 2 GB for 64-bit (You do not meet this requirement if you installed Windows 8 64-bit architecture)

HDD: 16 GB for 32-bit 20 GB for 64-bit

GPU: Direct X 9 graphics card with WDDM driver (You have not mentioned your graphics device)
