I need a free tool for converting WMA files to MP3

I need to convert WMA files to MP3. Is there a free tool that I can use to change the WMA files to MP3? If there is one, is it able to manage variable bit rate, batch jobs, high quality output and tags?

I know what you need.You can convert any audio files to mp3 with only one software.

That is 'Goldwave'.

Now i'm enjoying converting my music. I was able to get a free converter (Goldwave) thanks to all.I was really having a hard time searching for these. 100% clean?yes it is!. Sahibjot, thanks also for the other tool you suggested.
