I need to be able to ctrl print screen on scheduled task

I am working in a company that provides customer support and the company's administrator does not want the employees to browse non-related sites and we do the monitoring from the control room. I am tasked to do screenshots remotely to the computers of those browsing non-related sites. Since I can not do the monitoring all the time, can I arrange a ctrl print screen on scheduled task and time remotely from the control office?

Hi Lisa Larsen,

There is a software called auto screenshot that is available and is free to use, you can set the auto screenshot settings with time and is stored locally. This software, the auto screenshot is used for family security purposes, to know what their child is doing, it is good also on company to monitor their employees if they are using the internet for other purpose.

Hi! I recommend you to download and install the "Automatic Screenshot Capture Software". You can download this software for free. This software will this play this windows where you are allowed to configure the screenshots you want

You can hide this window so no one can know about this screenshot

All screen shots are saved with any selected file format such as PNG, JPG, BMP, and GIF and it will automatically save to your selected folder.

It will also allow you to edit the settings for time delays of automatic screenshot capture and even the count of screenshot you want to make.

This software will really help you with your monitoring problem.

Hi Lisa,

There are a few different ways to be able to monitor employee's computers remotely. The first way is using the EMCO Remote Screenshot software. It will allow you to monitor and take screenshots of any computer on your local area network as long as you have proper privileges. Another software that can be used is VNC scanner, which will do much the same thing as the EMCO software.

Try to use Snapshot from Sadman Software.

This software is simple and easy to use tool but very useful especially if you want to take screenshots at specified time by you and even if you are absent. This program can be enabled and disabled whenever you want. You can send the screenshot directly to the printer, the clipboard or save the image file into .JPG or .GIF with the file name you chose. You can give a specific time on how long the snapshot  will be running. You can also select a certain area of what part of the screen will be screenshot instead of the whole screen.
Here are the steps on how to use the Snapshot.

1. Download the software and install it.
2. Configure the snapshot by clicking File > Configuration.
   
3. Choose if you want to show in tool tray, where to send the snapshot and the size of the screen.
   
4. Specify the interval for your screenshot.

    

5. Choose where you want to save your file.
   
6. Select how many monitors would you like to screenshot.
   
7. Click Ok and you can now start to screenshot the monitor you want to check.

There are quite a number of applications that can be able to capture screenshots remotely from a user PC. One such tool is EMCO Remote Screenshot. The application enables one to monitor the activities of remote users in a network and even take screenshots of the same. The screen shot taking process can be automated or manual.
