I guess before joining any ad service or ad program, try to check first for any qualifications they may require. All ad service providers have eligibility requirements for webmasters or website owners that want to join or are interested in participating in the ad service. With Google AdSense, first, you must own a website to join the program and you should own the website for at least 6 months.
You must be 18 years old and above to qualify for the program. You are automatically disqualified if you are 17 years old and below. Aside from reviewing the Google policies, you should also read and understand the Google AdSense Terms and Conditions. And also before I forgot, before signing in to any ad service, make sure your website or blog site has already plenty of contents. With my experience, any website that has less contents will be denied from joining any ad program.
