I’m having trouble installing by Brother DCP-350 c

When I go to install the CD that came with the printer I get the error message: (MFL-Pro Suite can not continue this installation because PaperPort(TM)11SE requires the latest windows (R) Service Pack).

I have Windows 7.

I was having issues with paperport 11 before, I uninstalled the version I had and tried reinstalling it by using the paperport 11 setup provided with CD.

And I keep getting this message, Can you please help.

It seems maybe the drivers disc you are using has some problems like scratches or any other defects. 

The only solution now, is to go to  the internet and download drivers for the printer.

Please click HELP to download the necessary drivers.

After downloading, save the download in a folder. In order to install, just open the folder and follow the screen prompts.

It seems that the problem you have is with your operating system. Make sure you have the latest version of windows before installing the application.

Try updating your Windows 7 installation and restart your machine then try reinstalling the application and see if it works.

You may also try installing the latest windows operating system which is Windows 8 then install the software there.

This should be a little easier than downloading the updates which may take some time.
