I’m get an error each time I start a new fax

My OS is Win 7 with "Windows Fax and Scan" and it's running on all of my domain client computers.  Security for each of the domain users  is set up to contain MS SBS 2003 Active Directory Security Group "Fax Operators”. Windows Fax and Scan starts up and reads the inbox of the Fax Server perfectly, however, each time I will start a new fax, I get an error message: 

   "Unable to retrieve cover pages associated with selected account" 

Even after I Add a Cover Page to each client the same error appears. 

Any ideas out there?

I have a feeling that the driver required for the fax is not OK. You may try to de install and then again install the driver. If problem continues then update the driver manually and then replace the old version. As for time sake, the drivers are always creating problems, you must find the manual for the problems. Here I need the details of the fax machine and the network topology, the shell and the server mode of transfer of data, their authentication and password for the ultimate purpose. These are upto the mark then no one can make your fax machine useless. Only the feeling that the fax coming port may have  some problems.
