I keep getting error with VPN

When I utilize my VPN on a non-secure wireless, I keep getting an error. I have a work laptop and I have asked, but they tell me it shouldn't matter if I am on a secure or non-secure connection. Does anyone have any advice for me to ensure I can get connected even if I am working on a non-secure wireless?

I keep getting error with VPN

Before utilizing your vpn you should download the Microsoft net framework. and install it. then go to your control panel then find windows firewall then click it and turn off your windows firewall. Now you are connecting your network, then utilize your vpn. I hope your vpn connected successfully then check your IP address. I think your problem solved.
