I have a really big problem with Adobe Illustrator

Hello Guys,

I have a really big problem with Adobe Illustrator. Every time I click a Color, it would result in a different one. For example, clicking the yellow artwork would result in red. This started when I used the “Save for Web” command.

I think some configurations went wrong so I tried fixing it by reverting back to default settings. Upon pressing CTRL ALT SHIFT, everything went worse. Now, there are missing options on the tabs in the panel.

At this point, I am hoping someone can give me a solution. I can’t work like this. I would really appreciate your help since I am at my wits end.

Dear Heather Abreu,

You are in a big problem I think. You should re-install Adobe Illustrator with its all default settings. You told, you have a problem whenever you start “save for web”. There are so many options in Adobe Illustrator.

I think you have mis configured something. You should uninstall properly and completely and re-install Illustrator with all default settings. Hope you should get back everything without your color problem.
