I have an account on Second Life with 2,600L$ in it. I bought a demo from a store on Main Grid and saw that I only had 1L$. I logged out and tried to log in again. However, I got the following message: “login failed. Mysql.agni.rotation.” I have been playing on Second Life since 2007 and have never encountered this error. Can you help me find out what happened and fix it?

Hi Zaida

This is a common problem among second life users. This happens to some users when the second servers are undergoing database maintenance. This happens more than once in a month. You can see this in the second life site. Here the link https://status.secondlifegrid.net/. You can also see all the other issues that they get and whether they resolved any issuees. You should be able to login after some time. If you didn't get the money back then i advise you to contact their customer support. Or just get it over with, its just virtual money.

Best of luck
