I have printing problems with Zimbra desktop

I have an Apple computer which is working with Windows. When I am printing using Zimbra, a character is coming before every word. Please help me stop this thing. Because of this I am having lot of problems in my e-mail communications. Please help me get out this problem. Thanks in advance.

I have printing problems with Zimbra desktop

That is an error occurring possibly due to the printer settings being faulty, or it could be a problem with the program that you have used to create the file. Assuming it is a word document, you will need to check in the menu bar if there are some settings that have been enabled for instance the paragraph marks and the hidden formatting symbols which may not be visible on the page but when you print they will show. If you find such settings you will need to disable them. You will also need to check the printer settings and make sure that details such as finishing and the paper layout have been configured well.
