Hi guys,
I have faced a problem with my Xoops version is 2.0.18. It has encountered a JavaScript error. It says, "xoopsGetElementById is not defined". However, this old version has been using for my old project. How can I get a remedy for this error message? Please help me to solve the problem.

If this is the first time that this happens with your software, try restarting your computer then try it again. See if you still get the JavaScript error. But if the problem appears over and over again, try doing a clean installation on the program to restore it to its default configuration and fix any corrupted or missing files in the installation. Before doing this, make sure you still have the application’s installer or setup file.
Uninstall Xoops then restart your computer when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics test on your computer, use disk utility applications like PC Tools Performance Toolkit, Norton SystemWorks, or Norton Utilities. Install the software again then check if this fixes the problem. You may also try upgrading your present version to the latest version by visiting the website where you downloaded Xoops.
