I Have A Problem While Executing The Windows Application And It Gives 0xc1900101 0x40017 Error

0xc1900101 – 0x40017 error can be caused due to various factors that include incompatible BIOS, unsupported hardware, etc. The above reasons are due to which user can’t able to install Windows 10 setup on the system. The user message will appears ”The installation failed at the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation.”

Third-party antivirus, outdated drivers, External hardware, and Windows firewall are the cause for the occurrence of this error code. The solutions to fix the 0xc1900101 0x40017 error message are as follows:

Solution 1: Run the downloaded setup multiple times.

Solution 2: Turn-off Windows firewall

Step 1: Hold Windows key + I and type “Firewall” and click on Windows Defender Firewall.

Step 2: Click on ‘Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off.’

Step 3: Turn off Windows Defender Firewall and click on OK.
