You have to grant full access to the file to remove the 0xc00d11d2 cannot access the file. Here is how to do the same.

Method 1

a. Go to the folder that contains your audio file.
b. Do not open the folder.
c. Right-click on your folder.
d. Go to properties.
e. Open the Security tab.
f. Click on Edit -> Add.
g. Type Everyone in the text area.

h. Click Ok.
i. Tick the full control box.
j. Apply -> Ok.

Method 2

a. Open Control panel.

b. Open Sound.
c. Open Speakers.
d. Open the Advanced tab.
e. Untick the Enable Audio Enhancements option.
f. Save the changes.
g. Error solved!
