Hello friends,

I got this URL link is broken error message. What is the main cause of having this kind of error?

I need to fix this error to continue doing some stuff regarding URL links and dealing other important websites.

A link that does not work anymore is called a broken link or dead link.

This kind of problem may occur due to following reasons.

• The most common reason is that the website it links doesn’t exist anymore.
• This type of link occurs when the server that hosts the target page stops working or relocate to a new domain name.
• A link also be broken because of firewalls & content filters.

I got this url link is broken error message.

Hello Conley Pamela,

It was a problem of Google and I’ve found a solution of this fake error message which says “Oops! This link is broken”.
At first install the Google toolbar and then find an icon looking like this.  Then click on it and then select “option”. After that deselect an option of “Provide Suggestions on Navigation Errors”.
