The instructions here aren’t really clarifying anything for me:

Hello,
I have understood your problem. This message is displaying due to preflight error of PDF file. I am sure you a going to extract or export the PDF document.
In order to do this you have to do certain things before the export or extract. That thing is called preflight.
You have to find preflight software and paste your PDF file into the input folder of your preflight software. Then preflight it using the tool. There must be an output folder and after you preflight there will be 3 additional files. Take that 3 files and the PDF document together. Put into a one folder and rename it with PDF document name. Then open it using acrobat and do whatever you need to do.
