Hi Experts,
I faced a problem with Excel worksheet. It experienced a problem and recommended to send the report to Microsoft. However, I sent the error report several times to Microsoft but no response. After getting the message, all other documents closed it. I do not know the reason behind it. Have you any idea?
Please help to get a remedy.

Some actions or applications on your computer might crash down software while it is running. Microsoft uses a feedback mechanism of error reporting so that it can identify issues and solve them. Error reports are anonymous, so you will not get a response back. You are just contributing your feedback to Microsoft.

There could be few reasons for this problem.
1. I don't know you face this problem with the specific excel worksheet or with every excel file. If you are facing problem with specific worksheet, it means that specific file is corrupt or damaged. Best way is to get the file again from backup or origin if you have any. If you are the author of that sheet then try to copy all data from that worksheet into new excel worksheet. I hope it will work.Â
2. If you are facing problem with every excel file then it means some .dll file or some registry files are corrupt. Download Registry Cleaner Pro from http://download.cnet.com/Registry-Cleaner-Pro/3000-18512_4-75610808.html Run and install the software to clear corrupt registry files.
It will solve your problem.
