Hi guys,

I encounter a problem like unsupported snapshot viewer. How can I be able to fix this problem? I am currently using my windows 7 32 bit operating system in my laptop. What is the best solution to resolve this kind of issue? Show me some help guys.

I encounter a problem like unsupported snapshot viewer.

Hi Travis,

I will help you to solve your problem. There are lots of snapshot software for Windows PC. Microsoft Windows has an inbuilt snapshot tool called Snipping Tool. You can take snapshots of your computer screen with it. To open follow the steps below:

Click Start Menu and search for Snipping Tool.

It will open. You can take screenshots with .png extension. Or you can use good old print screen feature of Windows.
