I did a dual boot of fedora10 and Ubuntu and I believed that I had set it up properly. Until when I tried to launch it, did I get a system error following the boot up.

Does this entail that I had some incorrect configuration?

Any help on this matter will be appreciated.

Error:

Hello Victor.

This problem is definitely not caused by dual-booting Fedora and Ubuntu.  If it were a dual-boot problem then you would not be able to launch either Fedora or Ubuntu (or both) at all.

According to the error message, Fedora (based on the color scheme of your windows) has a problem with the XKB (or X server keyboard) module.  The simplest thing to do would be to reinstall Fedora.  Also, just in case this is indeed a bug with Fedora 10, I suggest you download the latest version Fedora and install that instead.

You can get Fedora here: https://getfedora.org/

It is currently at version 16.

Hope this helps!
